I-140 application without Labor Certificate

My company submitted my I-140 application back January without using an attorny.... well, I just found out that they even did not bother to apply for Labor Certificate, Now my application for I-140 is under Initital Review, and really dont know what should I do....

Advice will be greatly appreciated!!!!
