他說的對嗎？如果暫時不能，那什麽時候可以到境外出遊呢？謝謝.

 

Because you will be filing for an H-1B change of status from F-1（F－１為錯誤，實為TN）, you may not travel outside of the United States after your H-1B petition has been filed with the USCIS and your change of status has been granted.  If you travel before that time, your H-1B change of status petition could be considered abandoned.  If after we file your H-1B change of status petition, it is approved and you expect to travel abroad, please contact Attorney Ian Band, at the email address above, before making any travel arrangements to ensure that it is okay to travel and that you will have the proper documentation to seek re-admission.
