請問：父母曾持B2簽證逾期1年後離開美國，現居住在國內。目前本人可以提出公民申請。請問是否還可以給父母申請綠卡？如果可以，父母是否還可以順利入境，難度有多大？


-They have to stay in China for at least 10 years from the date they left US so that they can apply for non-immigration or immigration visa (green card) to reenter US.
