請問老師們，如果公民麵試通過後，可否推遲宣誓?


-Yes. You should retrun the send the Notice of Naturalization Oath Ceremony (Form N-445) back to the USCIS local office and include a letter saying why you can not go to the the ceremony. Make a copy of your letter and the Form N-445 for your record.


Then, USCIS loca office will reschedule a appointment for you and mail you a new notice (Form N-445).
