回複：用工卡給另外一家公司作part-time

我是NIW主申請人。現在485 pedning 。老公現在用他的HI工作。現在他想用他的工卡給另外一家公司作part-time。
請問：1 他的身份是否變化？
-Yes, he will lose his h1 status if he use EAD to work.

 

2 他是否需要通知現任雇主(H1的那個):他開始使用工卡了，

-Fine.

3。他有什麽風險嗎？

-Don't think there is risk, especially he is not primary applicant in green card application. If his I-485 is denied, he just go to China to get the H1 visa to come back to reinstate his H1 status.
