1，父母的結婚證是四十多年前開具的，上麵沒有照片，是否需要公證？

-Not need if just for 探親, not immigration/green card applicaiton. 

2，因父母要帶侄子來美，上次您說我弟弟和弟妹要寫一個permit statement,請問要寫一些什麽內容才能打動簽證官，請具體講一下。有沒有例子？

-Just say they agree your parents (grand parents of teh child) to bring their child to US to visit you.

3，還有關於I-134表，是否邀請人需要填這張表，若邀請人隻出具了銀行存款證明，房屋納稅證明和工資單即可？

-Had better prepare it and it is very simple, isn't it?
