I am expecting my I140 can be approved by May, but my H1B is going to expire on AUGUST 31, I wonder if I have enough time to apply for my H1B renewal. - Your H-1b extension has nothing to do with I-140 unless being beyond 6-yr (六年之後 H-1B 的延期)
