各位老師：老公加拿大公民，今年h-1 6 年到期。請問如果到期時改換TN簽證，他是否也需要離境一年？

-Not at all. He can change h1 to TN any time within US before the H1 expires or just go to the US-Canada border to get the TN status (I-94) immediately.
