We have Greendcards for 5 years and have filed N400. My parents will probably stay in the U.S. after their current I-94 expires.

1. 1. Will this affect our N400 application? -No.

2. 2. Also, how long does it take for N400 to be processed?

-About 6 months to get the US citizenship, case by case.
