1. F-1 可以免社保和醫療稅. This is true if you are in U.S for less than 5 years.

2. 我還能和我先生聯合報稅嗎. It depends. Sometimes separated filing will lower your tax, e.g. if you have child as dependent. Try both to see which one can lower your tax
