我準備為弟弟申請綠卡，USCIS的網站上列的所需文件是：

  • A copy of your birth certificate and a copy of your sibling's birth certificate showing that you have at least one common parent

    • 現在我們有一個公證證明我和我弟弟是姐弟關係，同屬一個父母。我想知道這個公證可否代替我們的出生公證？

    -No. That is the secondary evidence.

    還是必須遞交我和弟弟的出生公證？

    -Yes.
