我的一年有效的EAD 2013 年4月到期，

請老師們

1）給個EAD renew的文章連接，需要注意什麽

 

（比如不能提前多少天申請之類）

-You can file the EAD renewal appliction up to 120 days before the old EAD expires.

2）renew EAD 需要什麽材料，下載什麽表格，有沒有個完全的check list.

-Same as you did for current old EAD, but enclose the copy of your I-485 receipt notice.
