國內離婚很多年了，現交485，是交離婚證複印件加自己寫的翻譯件，

-Fine, but you had better ask your friend to translate it for you, not by yourself. Your friend needs to write a statement that he/she knows both English and Chinese very well. After translation, go to the Notary Public (e.g. in the bank, etc.) to notarize your friend's signature on the translation version.
