命運弄人，140剛approved，拿到了國內很喜歡的職位，不知道值不值得放棄綠卡回去。

這種情況下海歸，以後出差，旅遊來美簽證會有障礙麽？

還有，如果以後又有機會回美工作，還可以在現在的140基礎上遞交485麽？

-Yes if the I-140 is NIW or EB1A. Otherwise, you can not use this I-140 to file I-485 unless you will work for the I-140 sponsor.

當然，現在搶著遞交485也是個辦法，可是國內那邊隻給3個月的時間，撐死拿到ap，不可能拿到綠卡以後再走，而且之後維持綠卡有效也很難吧？
