持有綠卡已超五年, 自己(N400)帶15歲女兒(N600)一同遞交. 其中N600中的Part 4部分需要提供US citizen parents的信息, 目前情況下是不是不填寫?

-Put your information there (as the US citizen parent) because the N-600 will not be processed until you (parent) become a US citizen.

兩份表格是不是一同郵寄到N400的地址
