我的H１B到02Nov2012就到期了，I-140已經批下來３年了。公司2012年６月給我延的H１B，因沒有辦加快，到現在都沒有批下來。
我現在在休Long Term Disability，我仍然是公司的員工。我現在是合法身份嗎？

 請問我現在怎麽向移民局證明我現在是VALID H１B STATUS＂呢。

我的工作本月底就TERMINATE了，我需要把身份從H１轉到H４。現在怎麽證明我的H１身份呢？

-Provide the copy of your old H-1 approval notice with the copy of the H1 I-94, and the copy of your H-1 extension filing receipt for your H4 application (I-539 filing).
