Would you suggest I 等 RFE, or I 先主動通知cis before they start working on 485 ? (好像聽說主動通知會把審批搞亂，cis很不善於處理申請人主動提出的事， 但這個說法口無實據. 但主動的好處是他們沒法亂找借口了)
