just got green card, can my daughter apply for social security c

I and my daughter just got green card based on the marriage. It is conditional. I already had social security card. Can I apply for social security card for my daughter now? She is 14 years old. She has tax ID number.

Can I apply on any local social security office or has to be social security card center?
