EAD and AP renew 遇到新問題，請8老師指教！

首先祝8老師感恩節快樂！

1.我正在申請renew EAD 和AP, 遇到了新的問題。不知道8老師是否還記得我。我的EAD AP combo card notice date 是 2月21號，但在1月底我丈夫在國內突然病故，我是申請的加急AP回國的，於2月7號用加急AP入境的，時間在我的 combo card notice date之前，這會影響我的EAD renew嗎？我是否需要附上加急AP的copy?

2.還有一些 有關I-765 form 的問題:

1）上次申請EAD的日期，可以填receipt date 嗎/

2）表格14項： Manner of Last Entry:

    我上次使用AP，應該填 Parolee, 對不對？

3）表格15項：  Current immigration status:

   AOS

4）郵寄地址：

我想用post office 的overnight mail, the following two addresses, which one I should use?
