EAD: When getting married, how to bring the spouse to the US?

Currently on 485 pending. If getting married, how to get the spouse in?

-He/She/ may get the B1/B2 visa (or H4 visa if you are H-1 holder) to enter US, then file I-485 when your PD is current.

Form I-824 is going to help?

-Yes, then he/she can apply for the immigraiton visa in China, but it may take longer time (one to two years after you get your green card).
