1. 回國簽H1B太麻煩，準備用AP了。一旦用了 ，身份就不再是H1B了，對嗎？

-You can work without using AP for your current employer and still can renew your H1 in US to get the H-1 status back. So, using AP does not affect your H1 benefits. This is different from using AP.

還是隻要沒用EAD，就還保留H1B？


2. 遞交４８５超過一年，綠卡還沒批，是不是得重新體檢？

-Normally you do not need to do the physical exam again.
