我今年8月回國一趟，回美用的是去年回國時的簽證（H4）而不是AP，最近才發現I-94上CBP在入境時給的有效期是去年簽證上的有效期 （9/22/2012）而不是我 I-797上I-94的有效期 （9/30/2013）- CBP根本就沒要求看，我也沒主動出示。現在I-94上的有效期 （9/22/2012）已過，我該怎麽辦？叩謝！！！

-You need to go to the CBP local Deferred Inspection Office/Site to fix it. So,  don't worry, and many people like you have got it fixed there. Bring your passport, I-94 and your H-1 approval notice.
