我有２個問題請問８老師：

１）If the H-1 is denied, you still can file Motion to reopen with expalantion of the long term disability.

＂file Motion to reopen ＂是在我休LTD期間就可以做？

-Yes. You need to file MTR within 30 days if the case is denied.

還是我病好後回公司上班才能做？

２）如果我休LTD後到其它公司工作，可以順利轉H１B到新公司嗎？

-Yes.
