這是不是說明簽證已經批準了？
-Not yet, that means the LCA was approved by Department of Labor and your new employer need to file the I-129 to USCIS using ths approved LCA. Then, you can resign from the current employer. Talk to your new HR/lawyer to file I-129 as soon as possible. Actually, they can do it in 2 to 3 days.
可以和現公司提出辭職了麽？還是隻是當中的一個過程？ 謝謝兩位老師的指點！
