護士辦綠卡需要先辦勞工紙（Labor certificate）嗎？
-If she is a Registered Nurse, she does not need to 辦勞工紙.
需要先辦H1嗎？
-Not necessary, but if she needs to work before filing I-485 to get the EAD, she has to have a legal working status (e.g. H1, etc.) or other work permit.
H1受名額限製嗎？
-Yes.
I485有排期嗎？
-Yes.
