境外簽證的背景check 和申請綠卡簽證時的背景check, 如果相隔很近, 能否兩者之內
隻做一次就可以了 ?

-No. These two are not related to each other. But most cases of non-immigration visa application will not be subjected to background check, so you may not need to worry about it.

 ie. 是不是會省去另外一次, 從而加快簽證時間 ?
