請教8老師和 皮匠老師 : status after 485 denied

If EB2 485 denied, will my EAD, AP ,PERM, I-140 be invalid automatically?


Also, if 485 denied, will my H1-B be invalid (currently, I am in the 7th year of H1-B and my H1-B was extend for 3 years throughout to 2014)?


Can I re-apply 485? If Yes, can I use the old PERM, I-140 or I have to start the PERM, I-140 again?
