Thanks. I doudt my qualifications for Eb1A. But what you said "however, you could win some time" is interesting. are you saying I could legally stay while the 485 and EAD pending?
if that is the case, assume EB1A eventually get denial after 4 months (w/o PP), but NIW got approved by then. Since my h1b expired already, I still cannot work or stay anymore. am i correct?
-Correct. You have to leave US unless you have another status in this case.
