本人EB3C，排期馬上就到了，但綠卡突然披了，我妻子（她是H1B，快過期了）沒來得及交上去。朋友推薦可以考慮用following-to-join，但是又不知道該如何申請？
請問：
（1）這個申請過程是怎樣的程序？麻煩嗎？

-She Just files her I-485 as usual when your PD is current. Provide the copy of your I-485 approval notice and also green card copy (both sides) if you have received your green card.

（2）要多長時間我太太才能拿到？

-3 to 6 months normally.

我太太H1B簽證快過期了，希望早點拿到

-She may file H1 extension to work continually.
