Eb1a今年4月獲批，剛好在孩子21歲之前兩周，現填I-825，是否要在 cover letter 裏說明論證一下qulification，該如何說？

If your child is > 21 year now, just say your priorty was current when you filed your I-485 and your I-140 pending how long and based Child Status Protection Act (CSPA), your child is qualifed for benefits of CSPA to file I-824.
