我是公民，但是F4親屬移民需要10多年，可以不可以讓他先探親過來，我幫他叫移民申請，他黑下來慢慢等排期？

-No unless the immigration law is changed. The only way for him to get the green card after he 他黑下來 is to marry a US citizen and then, the US citizen sponsor him green card.

他有本科和碩士文憑，但是現在工作這麽難找，找工作H1b過來很難；年齡大了，也不想再讀書維持身份了。
