但Part 3，Type of petition： 填 I-140 還是 I-485？ -It is I-485. 填後者，就沒有 “Receipt Number“ 可填了？

-Leave it blank and USCIS know the I-824 is filed concurrently with the I-485, anyway.

另外， 我是EB1a 類，須交Employment letter 嗎？

-No.
