侄女暑期來美國度假，結果去一個私立中學參觀的時候，學校願意接受她八月份入學，上高一。請問能在美國轉成F1嗎，手續怎麽辦？非常感謝您的答複!!!


-Yes, get the I-20 from the school then, file I-539. Ask the school to help and they are supposed to know how to do. However,  based on the immigration law, she can not enroll the school before the F-1 application is approved.
