或者是不是幹脆就不辦理美國境內轉H1b,先直接回國一趟,在國內申請H1b簽證?
-You may just file H1 petition and work after the H1 is approved (use premium processing) and I think your employer will be happy if you can work for them quickly. If your F2 is approved later, you may just go to China to get the H1 visa to come back. You need to go to China, anyway.
