DHS tentative ino-confirmation notice.

-A "DHS Tentative Nonconfirmation (TNC)" results when the information entered in E-Verify does not initially match U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) records. A "DHS TNC" does not mean that the employee is not authorized to work in the United States.

In your case, most likely it is because your green card had been approved when DHS got your I-90 and thus, your H1 was void (H1 status in I-90 did not macth your actual status). So, you need to tell your employer about your green card approval and if necessary (before you get your physical green card), you may bring your passport and the I-485 approval notice to the USCIS local office to get the green card stamp and tehn, show the green card stamp to your employer to file another new I-90. Just telll the IO at the local office that you need the green card satmp to continue your employment because your H1 status was void and show them the DHS TNC, thus I think they may give you the green card stamp. Of course, if your employer agree you to work continually and wait for your physical green card, you do not need to get the green card stamp. So, talk to your HR first.
