Many people had this situation 3 weeks ago

Turns out that USCIS is processing the cases. Mine has been pending for 4 and half months without any update then got this change from "initial Review" to "Acceptance", then our cases were approved one week later and we have received our cards in another week (last week) -- Ours are EB1 based. Yours might be in pre-adjudication.
