回複：請問有部隊工作經曆填寫485的問題

父母現在美國，我打算為他們申請綠卡。父親在部隊醫院工作了大半輩子，60 歲才退休。屬於部隊的文職人員。

填485 Part 3. C …Include any military service in the part, 是不是得填退休前他所在的部隊醫院名稱以及他服務的年限？填寫military service會不會影響他的綠卡申請？

 

15． Have you ever

a. Served in, be a member of ,assisted in ,participated in any military unit, paramilitary unit… 

是不是也得選“YES”?

-Say "Yes" and explain that he was the Dr. in the hospital serving the soldier.

請問有經驗的TX, 如實填寫部隊工作經曆會在綠卡麵試時遇到麻煩嗎？
