you are right - I can use EAD to work after I-140 summited 180 days.

What I was worried about is when my Laber card was approed it has a condition that requirs me got a State accecpt level salary, my compamy agree to imcrease my salary at the time I-485 is approved. it was over year ago.

If I lost job, I would have no company to answer the call for BCIS, good thing is -- BCIS did not ask for the approve of salary increase. BCIS asked nothing.
