我的H4 8-30-2012 過期,

今年2月份遞的I765,4月拿到有效期一年的EAD,現在在家待業,沒有工作,

如果到8月30日,我還是H4的身份,9月1日以後,EAD就會自動生效麽?

-EAD is irrelevant to your H4 status and it is effective from the date when it was approved no matter whether you buse it or not.

需要我辦理些什麽手續轉換身份麽,

-No. If you do not extend your H4 status, your status will automatically be AOS after your H4 expires.
