申請簽證材料中，有幾個問題請教，

1.婚姻和財產資料可以由律師出具證明嗎？

是否必須有公證機構公正的材料才可以？

2.申請人不在國內，手頭沒有原件。可以嗎？

-Had better use 原件 and 英文翻譯必須公證 if you apply for the visa in another country.

3.準備第三國簽證，所有文件的英文翻譯必須公證，對嗎？
