TN is not a dual immigrant intent status

If you are thinking of applying for permanent residence, you need to go to the H1b first from the TN since TN is not a dual immigrant intent status, while H-1B is. Otherwise, if you go back to Canada during GC process period, the border officer from USCIS may deny you to enter US because you have the immigrantion intention.
