LD副申請人, 準備用EAD換工作. 新公司A不給辦H1transfer. 現在另外還有個公司B有意出offer, 可以transfer H1. 如果LD先去了新公司A, 用了EAD, 半年以後想去公司B,

還可以transfer或者從新申請 H1麽?

如果可以的話需要出境申請麽?

-Need to get the H1 visa in China to come back to reinstate the H1 status. But may just use the EAD until get the green card.
