緊急求助：EAD E-file

本人情況：

I-485:EB3 based, signed the form on 7/29/2007, mailed in August 2007, received date: 08/09/2007, Notice data:9/17/2007.

現在EAD快要過期，想要早點交申請，用E-file，但不知是否合格。E-file的Instruction上的規定是：

You may e-file form I-765 if

"(c)(9) Adjustment applicants who are reuired to pay fee for Form I-765".

USCIS網站I-765 Instruction page 8上的規定是  

"Renewal EAD: If this is a renewal application and you are applying under one of the following categories, a filing fee is not required:

1.

2.

3.

4. (c)(9) or (c)(16) Adjustment applicant who applied after July 30, 2007."

我現在的問題是：我是7/29/2007簽的I-485的字，但是I-485是在2007年8月份才寄出。我到底是否符合不交申請費的規定。多謝各位！
