本人現在是美國公民，有一個在美國讀書的親兄弟，他快畢業了，我現在想幫他辦親屬綠卡。請問，是否我為他遞交了I－130和I－485，

-You only can file I-130 for him and he can not file I_485 until the priority date is current about 10 years later.

他就能在美國以合法的身份繼續呆下去？

還是在畢業後找不到工作的話，還是要繼續找學校來保持身份？

-It is very difficult to change the status back to F-1 from another status such as H1 because of immigration intent (I-130 filing) unless he can keep his F-1 continually.
