現在自己DIY EB1a，希望go premium process，在填寫I-907時，petitioner and beneficiary 是不是都是自己，

-Correct.

然後以spouse得名義寫張支票就可以了。

-You can use your name or your spouse,s name to issue a check, depends on whose name is in the check of bank account.
