J1 （兩年）到期前，可不可以換身份？ 如果由雇主願意辦理H-1 visa.

-Can not get the H1 unless you get the J1 waiver, but you can go to China to get the other type of visa to get the new type of status such as F1, etc. without J1 waiver.
