-You can not get the J1 any more due to immigration intent (I-485 filing). You just use your EAD to work and do nothing.

謝謝8老師回答。可是我不敢用EAD，怕萬一485被拒，我是不是就得馬上回國了啊？

如果現在J1拿不到，H1老板也不給，還有其他身份可以工作嗎？EAD除外
