回複：485pending期間F-1換J-1，是否影響485批準？

我的485已交，EAD/AP也收到了。因為看周圍朋友都是拿H-1B等485批準的，現在老板不同意辦H1，隻給辦J1。

-You can not get the J1 any more due to immigration intent (I-485 filing). You just use your EAD to work and do nothing.

請問會影響我485批準嗎？需要通知移民局嗎？

另外，到時候485批了，這個J1就自動無效了，是嗎？
