請問如何向移民局報告out of US 的這段時間呢？是要給H1B amendment還是H1B申請？

-Do nothing at this point. When you edxtend your H1 beyond the 6 year limit, just provide the evidence of your stay in China during the 6 year h1 duration such as airticket, airplane boarding card and the entry and departure stamp on your passport from the Chinese Customs, etc.

或者幹脆出US, 讓新公司直接申請H1B for worker from China, 同時申請PERM, 140?
