Is my application approved? thanks

When I checked my statues online, it says"On April 30, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Does this mean that I got OPT?
